Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Our customer service team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Customer Shipping Fee:

  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return.

  • Elite Wheel Group will not cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Replacements:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with sending the product back to our facility for replacement.

Elite Wheel Group Commitment:

Free Replacement Shipping: Once we receive your item and confirm its eligibility for replacement, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product back to you.

Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all eligible returns.

  • The restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, processing, and restocking returned items.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the items are found to be in compliance with our return policy, a refund or exchange will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 13 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
