Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Our customer service team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Customer Shipping Fee:
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return.
Elite Wheel Group will not cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Replacements:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with sending the product back to our facility for replacement.

Free Replacement Shipping: Once we receive your item and confirm its eligibility for replacement, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product back to you.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all eligible returns.
The restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, processing, and restocking returned items.
Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the items are found to be in compliance with our return policy, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 13 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
